3. ORDERING, PAYMENT & PRICING

• Orders will be processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
• Any order may be canceled or refused at our discretion due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to deliver orders within 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to logistical or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
For hygiene and safety reasons, Auremi does not accept returns of opened or used products.
Refunds will be processed only if:
• The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
• The wrong product is delivered.
Requests for return must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing info@auremicare.com with order details and unboxing video proof.
